cancellation policyDue to our limited space and availability, we maintain a strict cancellation policy.
• All deposits are non-refundable.
• For all Private Individual Retreats, Programs and Workshops:-Cancellations received within fourteen (14) days of the start of a scheduled program are eligible for a one-time transfer/application to a different program, that must be used within one calendar year.• For all outside groups:-Cancellations received within six (6) months of the start of a scheduled booking are eligible for a one-time transfer/application to a different booking, that must be used within one calendar year.-Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for the one-time transfer and any deposit/fees are non-refundable.
