Description:

This piece was commissioned by Sister Bernadette as the cover for a book about the Eu-charist. In the center, the Holy Trinity is represented symbolically. In the very middle appears the seal that we put on Holy Bread in the Orthodox church. It symbolizes Christ – the Son, sur-rounded by the flames of the Holy Spirit, and the Light emanated by the Father throughout the Universe. The frame consists of vines with grapes and wheat stalks, symbolizing the Eucharist – the Body and Blood of Christ.
